            Saturday Drag Racing action kicked off with 200 vehicle presented for first round of eliminations. In the Super Pro quarterfinals it would be Mike Stugill dialing a 4.83 to the 5.93 of Matt Barrett, both of Beavercreek. Sturgill would cut a .506 light and would take the round win with a 4.841 run. Next would be Leon Bryan of Jamestown dialing a 5.90 to the 6.17 of Phil Spradlin of Springfield. Bryan would cut a .502 and hold the advantage for a breakout win on a 5.908 pass. Next would be Tim Louderback of Xenia dialinga 5.17 to the 4.86 of Evan Kirk from Waynesville. Kirk would have the better light with a .505 and would take the round win with a 4.876 pass.
            In the super pro semifinals it would be Leon Bryan had the bye run. In the next pair it would be Sturgill dialing a 4.84 to the 4.85 of Kirk. Sturgill would cut a .511 and would take the win with a 4.996 pass.

            In the finals Sturgill would 4.84 to the 5.88 of Bryan. Sturgill would cut a .520 and would take the class win with a 4.847.
            In the Pro class quarterfinals it would be Doug Caplinger of Xenia dialing a 7.13 to the 6.46 of Michael Roberts of Huber Heights. Roberts would go red moving Caplinger to the semis. Next would be Wayne Adams of Hamilton dialing a 6.44 to the 6.63 of Mike Hurless of Washington Courthouse. Hurless would cut a .509 for the starting line advantage, but would breakout making Adams the round winner with a 6.459 pass. Doug Thompson of Columbus would have the bye run.
            In the semis it would be Adams dialing a 6.44 to the 8.61 of Thompson. Thompson would cut a .534 light and would hold the advantage to the stripe with an 8.634 pass for the breakout win. Caplinger had the bye into the finals.
            In the finals it would be Caplinger dialing a 7.15 to the 8.59 of Thompson. Caplinger would cut a .502 light and would hold the advantage with a 7.196 for the class win.

            Sportsman quarterfinals would see Matt Spradlin of Springfield dial a 17.89 to the 12.09 of Doug Caplinger of Xenia. Spradlin would cut a .509 light, but it would be Caplinger with the double breakout win on a 12.078 pass. Next would be Mike Collier of Dayton dialing a 12.86 to the 12.11 of Tony McFall from Tipp City. Collier would go red moving McFall to the next round. Joe Cloran of Fairborn had the bye run into the semis.

            In the semis it would be Cloran dialing a 16.74 to the 12.11 of McFall. McFall would get the better reaction time with a .532, and would take the round win with 12.101. Doug Caplinger would have the bye run into the finals.

            In the finals it would be Caplinger dialing a 12.09 to the 12.12 of McFall. Caplinger would get a .506 for the better reaction and would take the class win with a 12.149.
            Pro Bike quarters would see Kevin Hoskins of Cincinnati dial a 9.93 to the 8.89 of Joe Deck from Morningview, Ky. Hoskins would be better at the tree with a .504, however it would be Deck with the win on an 8.927 ride. Next would be Bob Nugent of Trotwood dialing a 9.52 to the 9.79 of his nephew Michael Nugent of Tipp City. Micahel would be better at the tree with a .527, but Bob would get the double breakout win with a 9.765 ride. Homer England of West Chester would have the bye run to the semis.

            In the semis it would be England and Nugent. England would go red moving Nugent to the finals to face bye runner Joe Deck.

            In the finals it was Deck dialing an 8.88 to the 9.49 of Nugent. Nugent would cut a .508 light and would hold the advantage to the finish line getting the breakout win with a 9.541 ride over Deck.

            Due to many of the Jrs out at the Ohio Jegs Junior Drag Racing event, all remaining Jrs were folded in to two classes for a non-points event. In the 8-9 class it would be Byron Pitts dialing a 12.90 to the 12.90 of Kyle Beavers both of Urbana. Beavers would cut a .598 for the better light and would take the win with a  12.924 pass. Next would be Marissa Babb of Xenia against Garreth Sheppeard of Tipp City. Babb would go red moving Sheppeard to the finals.

            In the finals it would be Sheppeard dialing an 8.94 to the 12.90 of Beavers. Sheppeard would cut a .545 light but it would be Beavers with the win on a 12.934 pass.
            In the older class it would be Shayla Babb dialing a 9.02 to the 7.90 of Michael Collier of Cardington. Collier would cut a .535 light and would take the win with an 8.039 pass. Tori Sams of Xenia had the bye run.

            In the finals it would be Sams dialinga 12.63 to the 7.90 of Collier. Sams would go red making Collier the class winner after a 7.913 pass.
